3. Payments & Refunds

Project rates, payment terms, and refund policies are established in written agreements prior to the start of any commissioned work. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable once production begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary materials, approvals, and access required to complete their projects. Delays caused by lack of communication or late submissions may affect delivery timelines.

5. Use of Materials

By submitting materials (footage, scripts, photos, etc.), you affirm that you have the legal right to use and share such content. Steph Wynne Media is not responsible for any copyright or usage violations tied to client-provided materials.

6. Limitation of Liability
